Terms and conditions

Plain terms for the training program, the consultancy, and the done-for-you services. Anything specific to your engagement is written into a scope document and that takes precedence over this page.

The training program

Enrolment is confirmed when the fee for the current period is received. Seats in a batch are limited and are allocated in order of confirmation.

Fees are quoted per month for the program’s duration. Instalment schedules can be agreed in writing before enrolment.

Classes are delivered live online, with recordings provided. Timings for a batch are shared before it starts and may shift by agreement if the whole group needs it.

Recordings, slides, templates and calculators shared with students are for personal use. Reselling, re-uploading or teaching from them commercially is not permitted.

Attendance is your responsibility. Missed classes are covered by the recordings; they are not repeated one-to-one.

Certificates are issued on completion of the capstone project and assessment, not on payment.

Consultancy and services

Consultancy is booked per session or per month, and the scope, deliverables and price are written down before work starts.

For account work I need access to the relevant accounts. You keep ownership of every account, asset and dataset at all times; I never take ownership of a client’s ad account or store.

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is separate from any fee to me.

Retainers run monthly and either side can end them with notice as agreed in the scope document.

Work in progress is delivered up to the point of termination; completed work is yours once fees for it are settled.

What I do not promise

No guaranteed income, sales, ranking, ROAS or employment. Anyone in this field promising those is guessing, and I will not.

Advertising platforms change their policies, pricing and delivery systems without notice, and accounts can be restricted for reasons outside my control. I will help you respond, but I cannot underwrite the platform’s decisions.

Figures, benchmarks and calculator outputs on this site are estimates for planning. They are not advice about your specific business, and tax matters should be confirmed with an accountant.

Conduct and law

I reserve the right to remove a student from a batch, without refund, for abusive behaviour, sharing course material, or disrupting classes.

I decline work that involves misleading advertising, prohibited products, or claims that cannot be substantiated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
