The numbers behind Pakistani paid advertising,
in one place.

Five reference guides, plus three working calculators on their own page. Every figure below is sourced from published data and cited at the bottom of the page. Nothing here needs an email address, and nothing here is a sales pitch.

The calculators

Three calculators, one set of numbers.

COD profit per delivered order, the budget a clean testing week needs, and what you have to run to hit a monthly profit target. Courier tax, returns, packing and payment fees all included — and your figures are saved in your browser.

Guide 01

What Pakistani ad costs actually look like

Benchmarks are guardrails, not targets. A Rs 400 click that closes a high-value client is cheap; a Rs 8 click that never converts is expensive. Use these to tell whether your account is inside the normal band before you start changing settings.

{{ b.note }}
Pakistan is one of the cheapest Meta auctions in the world, with published CPM ranges around $0.80–1.50 against $16–21 in the United States. Cheap reach is not the same as cheap sales: the same reports note that low-CPM markets carry lower conversion rates and lower purchasing power, which is exactly why offer and creative matter more here than targeting does.
Guide 02

Courier comparison

Rates in Pakistan move often and depend heavily on account type and volume, so treat these as indicative ranges and confirm with the courier before you price a product. The cheapest headline rate is rarely the lowest real cost — a courier with worse delivery success costs you more through returns.

Guide 03

Cutting your return rate

Returns are the single biggest drain on Pakistani COD margins, and the one most sellers treat as weather rather than something they control. Published national figures put roughly one in five COD parcels coming back undelivered, and unoptimised stores routinely sit far above that.

Guide 04

Tax and registration, plainly

Since 1 July 2025 Pakistan has run a withholding regime specifically for digitally ordered goods and services delivered inside the country. Banks, payment gateways and COD couriers were brought into the collection chain, which means the deduction happens whether or not you have thought about it.

This is a summary of published rules, not tax advice. Confirm your own position with an accountant before filing.

Guide 05

Which platform for which job

Pakistan had roughly 79.9 million social media identities in late 2025 — about 31% of the population — so the question is never whether the audience is there. It is which platform matches the intent you need.

Where these figures come from

Ranges rather than single numbers, because published sources disagree — they measure different account samples, categories and time periods. Where sources conflict I have given the spread instead of picking the flattering end.
