Refund policy

The short version: attend the free class before you pay, and if the program is genuinely not what you expected in the first week, tell me and I will return the fee for it.

Before you pay anything

Every batch has a free demo class. It is a real lecture, not a sales webinar, and it exists so you can judge the teaching before any money changes hands. Use it.

If you are unsure whether the program suits your situation, message me with what you are selling and I will tell you honestly. I would rather turn away a wrong fit than refund one.

The training program

You may request a refund of the first month’s fee within seven days of your batch starting. Message me on WhatsApp within that window and the fee is returned in full.

After the first seven days, the month in progress is not refundable, and you can simply choose not to continue into the next month.

If a batch is cancelled or postponed by me and the new schedule does not suit you, any fee paid is returned in full regardless of timing.

Refunds are returned by the same method the payment arrived, usually within seven working days of being agreed.

The assessment and certification fee, if you choose to take it, is separate and is not refundable once the assessment has been marked.

Consultancy

A single session is refundable up to 24 hours before the booked time. Inside 24 hours, or once the session has taken place, it is not — the work is the call and the written action plan that follows it.

For an audit or a monthly advisory retainer, any unused portion is refunded pro rata if you end it before the work is delivered.

Services and builds

Monthly management retainers are billed in advance and can be ended with the notice set out in the scope document. Fees for a month already worked are not refunded.

For one-off builds, the deposit covers discovery and setup and is not refundable once that work has begun. If the project is stopped mid-way, you receive everything completed to that point and we settle the balance against work done.

Ad spend paid to the advertising platform is not mine to refund.

How to ask

There is no form. Message 0341-4111618 on WhatsApp, say what you paid for and why it is not working, and I will answer the same day.

I will not argue you out of a refund you are entitled to under this policy, and I will not quietly ignore the message.
